Hands-Free Shoes (Weihai) Commercial Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Weihai Kodo Trading Co  Ltd was founded in 2003 with its headquarters in Weihai City, Shandong Province and manufacturing base in Linyi City, Shandong Province. It is an innovative footwear enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and trading into a whole.

Over the past 20 years, our company has remained focused on the Asian market, accumulating extensive industry experience and solid technical expertise. In 2023, responding to the global aging trend, we launched our innovative product – Instantism Hands-Free Shoes (with its sub-brand RAKU-SPO). Leveraging its unique hands-free design, the product has obtained patent authorizations in China, Japan, Germany and other countries, opening a new chapter in the niche market of hands-free shoes.

核心技术RAKU-SPO鞋后跟采用弹性支撑结构与人体工学设计，实现“一秒速穿”的便捷功能，配合轻量化材质与透气鞋面，全面提升老年人穿鞋体验。

Our core technology features an elastic support structure and ergonomic design on the heel of RAKU-SPO shoes, enabling the convenient one-second quick-wear function. Combined with lightweight materials and breathable uppers, it comprehensively elevates the wearing experience for the elderly.

2024年8月1日，RAKU-SPO®免提鞋在日本正式试销，截止到2025年2月底半年内销量突破20万双，市场复购率达68%，用户满意度高达92%。这一成绩印证了产品在解决实际需求、提升生活品质方面的显著价值。

On August 1, 2024, RAKU-SPO® Hands-Free Shoes were officially launched on trial sale in Japan. By the end of February 2025, sales had exceeded 200,000 pairs in just six months, with a market repeat purchase rate of 68% and a user satisfaction rate as high as 92%. This outstanding performance fully demonstrates the product's remarkable value in addressing practical consumer needs and enhancing quality of life. 

国内布局与行业影响

2025年3月，公司携RAKU-SPO®免提鞋亮相上海华东商品交易会，引发行业高度关注。现场吸引了超过200家老年用品经销商、电商平台及欧美日韩采购商洽谈合作，多家企业达成联合开发意向，在扩展欧美市场的同时推动产品加速本土化进程。

In March 2025, our company showcased RAKU-SPO® Hands-Free Shoes at the East China Fair in Shanghai, garnering significant attention from the industry. The exhibition attracted more than 200 distributors of elderly products, e-commerce platforms, and buyers from Europe, America, Japan and South Korea for cooperation negotiations. A number of enterprises reached intentions for joint development, which not only expedites our expansion into the European and American markets but also fuels the accelerated localization of our products.
