Weihai Kodo Trading Co., Ltd. authorizes all the trademarks, copyrights and patents owned by the company to Hands-Free Shoes (Weihai) Commercial Co., Ltd. for use in its main business related to hands-free shoes on a global scale, including but not limited to research and development, production (including entrusted production), wholesale, sales, promotion, packaging design, exhibition participation, e-commerce platform entry and other related activities of hands-free shoes.
